It’s time to bring it on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 “My one hour is my energizer to my 24-hour mother burner.” It’s every new mother’s confusion, conscious thought process working behind with so many questions and of course critics around with unwanted provoking ideas.

when to start where to start workout?… Check with your gynaecologist, post to completion of your postnatal workouts that’s your warm up to begin with workout activities. 

Start from home with small chores and slowly proceed with long walks. 

Don’t let the break catch up your lazy breathing, it will definitely reduce your stamina to run along.

Don’t feel shy, don’t lose your self-confidence, and definitely don’t miss to appreciate yourself every day.

Look at you in the mirror, see how beautifully, miraculously you gave a life that grew strongly within you. 

Increase your selflove, appreciate how beautiful you are growing together with your new born every day.

Take it slow but don’t stop. Take deep breaths and keep the play button on.

As much as your baby is important your health is even more important to take care of the baby and every other role and responsibilities around you.

Never wait for someone to push you to do what you actually love to do.
