I am a woman first and a mother next but this is the beginning for my age to give no rest to my body. I own the blessing to maintain my body’s dignity with a choice I chose to accept for life.
“Don’t be hasty for looking good.” Remain healthy by avoiding doing shortcuts or quick fix workout. If you want to truly stay healthy remain in a proper dedicated regime.
It is every woman’s right to voice for her body as it changes like a seasonal change….. After 30’s, argh!! It is a task that you have to take time out.
Body shaming, passing remarks about her skin tone changes or her change in appearance gives no right to nobody.
A woman would know what she is about to experience,
*She will be the first to known her body’s seasonal expectations at every cycle.
*She knows what is next and how to manage her multitude levels of role to play personally and professionally
Being that one person, you can barely explain with your words to comfort her and Or to pass any comments on her. She is beyond your experience.
She knows her unknown hormonal changes. She keeps stepping on them to cross the empty woods, and open her wings broad to fly again happily.
Looking for a change physically or mentally? She doesn’t have to be asked or told as it had to be balanced simultaneously and only, she can. Hence eventually there will be a change only if she attempts for it.
To make the evidential change efforts have to be put through, but with respect to what your body is ready to respond for.
Never underestimate yourself for who you are and what your body reciprocates for, as everybody is differently built by God but developed by us.
“So, remember to develop your body the way it can be treated healthy.”
500 abs challenge after two years is a slow progress but worth every second, I have dedicated to my body to be healthy and remain this way as a mother of 7 years old.
Best support, guidance, track and assurance to my equal importance and dedication is pivotal
